Terms of Service
Last updated June 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of Aero. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Aero, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service. If you use Aero on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to accept these terms for it.
The service
Aero is an agentic desktop tool that understands intent and takes action on your device, with optional account features (cross-device session management, request sync, and chat sharing) provided through our website and API. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Aero.
Acceptable use
Don't use Aero to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, abuse or overload the service, or use it to harm others. You're responsible for the actions you direct the agent to take and for ensuring you have the right to access whatever it operates on.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create or process with Aero. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the features you use — for example, to store and display a chat you choose to publish, or to sync requests you opt into. When you publish a chat, anyone with the link can view it until you revoke it; you're responsible for what you choose to share. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Intellectual property
Aero, including its software, branding, and content we provide, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or to use the service except as expressly permitted.
Third-party services
Aero can connect to third-party services (for example, sign-in providers or tools you enable). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.
Disclaimers
Aero is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. An agent that takes actions on your device can make mistakes — review what it does, especially for sensitive or irreversible actions. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Aero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using Aero at any time and delete your account from your profile. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Aero after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
